Major Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsible for facilitating legal copying and scanning projects from intake to delivery. This includes document disassembly, document preparation, scanning or copying, document reassembly, quality control.
Responsible for error-free work, provide customer support for ongoing projects, monitor machines, project quality and deadline compliance.
Maintain and share technical documentation for all litigation support activities/tasks/assignments.
Provide on-call support as needed.
Work closely with the E-Discovery Production Manager to ensure client specifications are being met.
Assist in E-Discovery-related projects and tasks.
Perform in-depth QC of all work performed, adhering to our checklist formats and service levels for quality.
Provide daily shift updates to E-Discovery Production Manager regarding project status.
May be required to work hours outside of the regular work schedule.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and an acute attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task and work under strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Experience with industry-standard litigation software packages such as LAW Prediscovery, Concordance, Summation, Relativity, CaseMap/TimeMap, IPRO, Opticon
Experience with legal copying, legal scanning, data capture at scan, bates labeling, quality control, document unitization and general litigation support services.

Education and/or Training:

years of experience in the Litigation Support industry with a Litigation Support Vendor or within a law firm or corporate Litigation Support Department.
