Digital Analyst

Leads in the research, analysis, identification, and evaluation of data from assigned problems to evaluate existing and potential trends and issues.
Investigate, review, recommend, communicate, and implement solutions which identify problems/root cause of issues.
Research, compile and analyze appropriate and relevant data and make recommendations for operational improvements.
Manage and monitor multiple projects simultaneously by establishing project plans and objectives to ensure goal attainment within defined parameters.
Develop lines of communication to discuss/review results of analysis to management via reports/presentations and assist management in implementing programs that provide solutions.
Independently develop and plan, reports, papers and/or other materials in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Data Science, Data Engineering, Health Economics, Health Care, Information Systems, Statistics or other related field is required.
Six (6) or more years' experience in an Agile work environment.
Healthcare experience preferred.
Excellent analytical, planning, problem solving, verbal and written skills to communicate complex ideas.
Excellent knowledge and use of existing software packages (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.
) and Data Visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
Strong working knowledge of data languages such SQL, Python.
Ability to work independently, within a team environment and communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
Other related skills and/or abilities may be required to perform this job.
Work closely with customers, vendors, business analysts and application development project teams to resolve information flow and content issues.
They ensure data integrity and compliance by performing data cleansing and data validations.
They provide data that is congruent, synchronized, and reliable and information that is readily accessible by the user.
When data related system problems occur, they perform root-cause analysis and recommend or execute corrective action.
Data Management professionals analyze and develop complex logical database designs, logical data models and relational data definitions in support of corporate and customer information systems requirements.
They understand the methodologies and technologies that depict the flow of data within and between technology systems and business functions/operations.
Additional responsibilities include the identification and resolution of information flow, content issues and the transformation of business requirements into logical data models.
They identify opportunities to reduce data redundancy, trends in data uses and single sources of data.
Work Complexity Works on multiple projects/issues/enhancements as a lead.
Works on complex enterprise-wide projects/issues/enhancements.
Provides support for master data management (MDM) system development, implementation and maintenance.
Education/ Experience Bachelor's degree related field preferred.
7 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in quality assurance and/or data management required.
Expertise with data quality tools for data profiling, cleansing and standardization.
May require experience in implementing solutions and processes for master data and hierarchy synchronizations.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
