The role maintains and/or rehabilitates patient relationships while collecting past due monies owe to Great Expressions.
Dental or medical office experience is required Essential Duties &
Responsibilities:
Effectively communicate with patients regarding their questions and concerns via phone or written inquiries Collect past due balance upon educating patient regarding their questions Work with Operations & Clinical Team as well as other Practice Support Center departments to ensure patient concerns are addressed Ensure accuracy in providing medical records to patients Respond to credit card and patient disputes timely Other administrative tasks as requested by direct Supervisor Job Type:
