As a tax resolution professional, you will be responsible for performing resolution work on our clients' cases, including transferring financial data into a CRM, communicating with the IRS and/or state, and gathering information and submitting forms on behalf of the client to the IRS and/or state.
To be successful in this role, you must have licensure to practice before the IRS (Enrolled Agent, Attorney, etc.
), knowledge in matters of IRS and state taxation, and experience in tax resolution work.
You should be highly motivated, possess a strong work ethic, and maintain a positive attitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel is a must.
Additionally, you should have the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively while maintaining a detail-oriented nature with a sense of urgency.
As a tax resolution professional, you will provide direction to Case Managers to keep Resolutions moving forward.
Your salary will be commensurate with your experience.
