We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, providing administrative support, and delivering excellent customer service.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars - Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks - Manage incoming and outgoing mail and emails - Provide support to other staff members as needed
Qualifications:
