Applicant must be proficient in social media/google marketing, google ads, SEO, Microsoft 365 & Adobe, be able to multi-task and work independently, be neat and organized, have excellent communication and customer services skills, be prompt and reliable, and have a professional appearance and demeanor.
Minimum two years of experience.
General duties include:
Update and maintain firm's social media and google presence.
SEO, google marketing Answer calls & greeting clients at the office.
Intake & maintenance of client info and documents in online portal Manage client appointments, updates, and communication Prepare and submit Attorney Appearances to courts Draft & submit discovery/FOIA requests to prosecutors' offices and police departments Job Type:
