W2 contract role (with Medical benefits & 401k) for a Lease Review Administrator within the Wireless/Telecommunications field
The successful Lease Review Administrator will be tasked with the following:
- Review Lease documentation for Cell Site new builds and modifications
- Verify accuracy of documentation through use of proprietary databases
- Work with leasing and zoning teams to verify document accuracy
- Report on any discrepancies or issues found within
real estate
documentation
- Other tasks as required
RequirementsThe ideal Lease Review Administrator will be able to prove the following:
- Strong track record of reviewing Lease documentation for Cell Site builds and modifications
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to verify accuracy of all documentation
- Ability to follow client guidelines to verify Leases match the expectations and guidelines
- Wireless/Telecommunications industry background preferred
- Strong experience within a Real Estate environment
- Ability to pass background and drug checks
