Qualifications & Responsibilities
Role Summary:
The Technical Account Coordinator is responsible for working with the Sales and Client Services Account Team to provide the highest quality products and services to our internal and external customers. Primary responsibility is the timely and accurate fulfillment of counts, list, email, and data installation orders. May serve as a contact for customers, service bureaus, and internal clients.

Fulfills counts and orders for all products, including preparing standard client communication
Supports the execution of promotion programs, including the monitoring of program timelines and reports
Requests and formats client reports and profiles
Supports the preparation of proposals and cost estimates
Inputs fulfillment details in the order entry system
Prepares billings and gains approval from qualified approver
Updates and maintains filing systems, including client histories and files
Finance administration - managing accruals/deferrals/SOX items
Attends all mandatory training sessions as scheduled
Assist other Technical Account Coordinators as needed to ensure the department as a whole meets its obligation to internal and external customers

Bachelor Degree preferred
Minimum of 1-2 years of directly related work experience in Previous Sales support/customer service
Computer Skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Demonstrated analytical abilities
Able to interpret customer needs to apply logic to query the database
Customer focused similar customer services experience
Organization and time management skills
High attention to detail
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to learn and apply knowledge quickly
Flexible and adaptable in managing priorities in a fast-paced environment
College certificate/Diploma
Who May Apply

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
