Corporate Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are currently seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our Corporate Team. The Corporate Receptionist is primarily responsible for managing all front desk functions and supporting the Shared Services organization with light administrative duties. This position will be the initial point of contact for guests/clients visiting our corporate office; positive first impressions are a critical step in establishing the start of positive overall experience. The position is based in our corporate offices in Conshohocken, PA. Primary responsibilities include the following:
Greet all incoming guests in a timely and courteous manner with professionalism and a welcoming demeanor
Assist all visitors by issuing approved visitors badges/credentials and making sure they are attended to in a professional/timely manner
Answer incoming phone calls and route to the appropriate individual or department.
Provide clerical/administrative support to the Shared Services Group such as assisting with entering garnishments, billing and accounts payable functional areas.
Sort and distribute incoming mail for the Shared Services Group
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of Receptionist/Administrative Assistant experience. We also seek the following:
Friendly and courteous demeanor with experience welcoming guests, clients and staff
Superior, interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively within all levels of the organization internally and externally
Ability to take ownership of this role that will help contribute to the overall success of AlliedBarton
Basic level Microsoft office skills including Word and Excel
Demonstrated problem solving, confidence and decision making ability to manage shifting priorities, demands and timelines
Leadership skills to promote and embody our culture, values and beliefs with passion
Work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
