3-5 years of design experience in a web environment
Bachelors Degree in computer Science or Engineering
Preferred Masters in Industrial Design
Highly proficient (at least 5 years of experience) with?Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and after effects
Masters at least one design communication tool such as?Visio, OmniGraffle, Google Drawing, Balsamiq
Direct experience with Agile/XP/Scrum/Lean software?development practices
Have experience with web and mobile User Interfaces
Has a vast, impressive portfolio of web-based designs
Care deeply about user experience, usability and high?quality software applications
Have an artistic flare and is passionate about simplifying?human-to-machine interactions
Understand the requirements gathering process

Responsibilities:
Build industry-changing applications for the?third party logistics industry
Design web, desktop and reporting interfaces
Develop wireframes, mockups and user stories
Implement CSS and HTML markup
Learn about new technologies and products
Be the users voice and drive design and interaction of key customer facing products.
Design the creatives/visual design for the experiences
Work closely with Product Managers and Software Engineers
Build efficient and reusable design components and creatives
Interact with other team members to incorporate their innovations and vice versa
Identify and communicate best practices for user experience design

ADDITIONAL COMPETENCIES:
Extensive experience with CSS
Expert in Javascript/JQuery
Have worked in an ASP.NET MVC environment
Worked on projects managed through SCRUM or?Agile methodologiesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
