About the Opportunity
The ideal candidate will have experience running a creative department. He/she will be a leader in concepting and be able to clearly communicate direction to teams of art directors and writers. The candidate will have a great book, be a great presenter and be able to interface directly with clients. The ideal candidate will be strong in process (i.e. traffic and quality control) and will be able to set up and implement these functions across the entire team.
