Manage all commercial elements of a platform/program including negotiating and monitoring target pricing where applicable Responsible for developing and quoting new tracing receipt of purchase orders and tolling orders Commercial responsibility for service parts, as well as single point of contact between IAC plant teams and customer service organizations for resolutions of operational or commercial issues Develop and implement initiatives to improve margins on sales of service parts Manage customer service RFQ's to ensure timely and accurate responses, review PO's to confirm correctness Monitor customer service performance reporting systems, assist with plant teams' performance improvement efforts Establish relationships as primary contact to customer service organizations (purchasing, supply chain, engineering, quality) Work with plant teams to identify and implement service margin improvement opportunities Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
