Job Description
The employee care Contact Center Representative will effectively provide inbound call support to all of the Bartech contract employees working at our customer locations. In addition, on a regular schedule conduct employee courtesy calls and perform outbound calls in support of Bartech s business and marketing objectives.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide inbound and outbound support to contractemployees within Bartech s customers.
Provide first-day phone orientation contact regardless of customer specific requirements.
Conduct regularly scheduled courtesy calls to assigned employees (these may be time directed by customer requirements.
Train and support new Bartech contractors on time tracking systems and other applicable processes and procedures applicable to the assignment.
Provide on-going support for employee payroll issues, expense reimbursement and other paperwork as required including time entry and validation of no hours reports.
Coordinate company / customer policies, procedures and communication with employees.
Respond professionally and efficiently to inbound calls from employees, answering questions or directing them to the appropriate party.
Meet or exceed established Service Level Agreement standards regarding call volume, call length, and call quality.

Required Skills
Knowledge of:
Microsoft Office, Email (MS Outlook), Bullhorn or similar technology
Basic principles of customer service
Ability to:
Work in a highly organized fashion with attention to detail.
Provide excellent customer service.
Utilize listening skills and communicate professionally both in writing and orally.
Work with a sense of urgency.
Perform according to established evaluation metrics.
Other:
Knowledge of basic HR principles is a plus
Required Experience
1-2 years of customer service experience, call center experience is a plus.
Required Education:
Bachelor s degree in HR or related field is preferred. High School diploma or equivalent is required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
