Our client, a national non-profit organization has received a Grant to help individuals and families improve their credit and overall financial wellness and is looking to hire ten (10) new Regional Director of Financial Wellness immediately to manage the new Free Credit repair and financial wellness program.
Job Description:
The Financial Wellness Regional Director is responsible for the development of a defined region (county) with three primary
Responsibilities:
1. Developing and managing key referral relationships with realtors, loan officers, and new home builders.
2. Facilitating Webinars and Workshops with employers, community centers, associations, etc.
3. Management of program implementation.
Requirements and
Qualifications:
Regional Director is responsible for completing a licensing agreement for a defined territory. The license includes training, tools, and support with full access.
This is serious Full Time Work to build a territory that produces results.
100% financing is available to fund the start-up and development of available regions.
A background in consultative sales, finance, business education or related fields is necessary. A passion for helping others and creating a financially healthier community is essential.
Compensation: Annual Income: Up to $250,000 (Commission)
