The environment is fast paced and leading edge. This is not a traditional technology project management role. Excellent facilitation and communication skills, comfortable in fast paced environments with frequent changes in priority is needed. Outstanding project management experience in digital markets a success factor.

years of IT project management experience
Experience working in the development of digital experience (B2C or B2B)
Self-directed and able to successfully navigate in an entrepreneurial model for an emerging creative practice
Direct experience reinforcing strong stakeholder/agency partnerships
Able to align contributing disciplines to affirm approach, scope of work and estimate of effort
Functional understanding of user experience, visual design and front end development
Strong experience facilitating team to build project schedules (Excel/Microsoft Project); weekly updates and reports.
Strong ability to identify, track, report and develop mitigation for issues, risks; log key decisions, etc.
Excellent collaboration, team building and relationship management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate technology matters to business partners
Self-directed and able to produce results in a large corporate, matrix environment
Record of engaging stakeholders evaluating creative services; ability to explain practice skills
Ability to travel overnight 10%
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experiences

Role Description
o Dedicated PM to support integration of iDS services across designated work streams
o Builds iDS schedule and execution structure for project objectives - projects vary from rapid prototyping, innovation and enterprise program work streams
o Accountable for managing iDS project status, risk/issue escalation, finance and schedule performance and integration with programs in matrix environment.
o Manages work estimation and change controls, as needed.
o Works in multiple delivery models, preferred model is scaled agile (Scrum)
o Works within the iDS team to drive day to day activities in support of iDS project deliverables.
o Responsible to create and share iDS status reports for work streams including five Ons (Benefit, Scope, Schedule, Quality and Budget)
o Participate in iDS routines (e.g., Portfolio Meeting) to provide updates on progress and resolution and/or visibility of risks/issues
o Facilitates project lifecycle across disciplines (User Experience, Visual Design, Front End Development and research)
o Ensures iDS engagement for quality activities (e.g., User Acceptance Testing)
o Supports Accessibility activities, as needed.
o Provides integration with initiative forecasting for iDS vendors, and hardware/software requests
o Facilitates the procurement process (Ariba, SoW development and invoice payment/reporting)
o Responsible for insuring that iDS functions are staffed properly (across disciplines)
o Coordinates with Initiative program and project managers to align Planview allocations to Budgets and ETCs
o Identifies any new request for scope (e.g., new work stream or demonstration) and directs to iDS Intake process.
o Participates in Intake, estimation development, internal SoW and project initiation
o Providing status reporting to stakeholders on a regular basis
o Manage program metrics, resource allocations, financials status of work / monitor performance against initial estimates
o Collaborate on change requests for work in progress (estimation, review and acceptance)
o Support collaboration with ePMO operations and program staff in enterprise programs
o Partners with iDS Delivery Manager and Finance Operations to identify efficiencies in execution (e.g., procurement, finance, vendor management, etc.)
