Study and analyze each students strengths, weakness and direct appropriate educational programs in art. Plan, direct, and monitor instructional methods and content. Establish programs guidelines and policies, and oversee budgeting for the program.
Requirement: masters degree in Fine Arts, Applied Art or related.
