OVERVIEW


Resort Reservation Specialists create a pleasant and engaging experience for our RV resort customers through inbound and outbound call efforts, complete site reservation transactions and sell vacation rental home reservations, vacation enhancers and upgrades.



JOB DUTIES



  1. Field incoming web chats and phone calls from the resort hotline and field.

  2. Guide incoming callers through the reservation process.

  3. Advise customers through the customer experience process.

  4. Educate guests on resort locations, amenities and bookings.

  5. Meet and/or exceed targeted calls, site nights, presented/handled call ratios, and revenue creation on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

  6. Ensure a positive customer experience by effectively managing the site rental process through inbound and outbound calls and Sales Force lead software which includes reservations, reservation payments, and retaining knowledge of all company RV resorts and amenities.

  7. Work with existing customers to obtain potential new customers through referral programs.

  8. Maximize sales by extending the stays of customers, reserving future bookings, and selling vacation enhancers.

  9. Meet and/or exceed all reservation goals as assigned.

  10. Adhere to all company policies regarding inbound and outbound calls.

  11. Other duties as assigned.


REQUIREMENTS



  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Minimum of 1 year sales and customer service experience

  • Ability to fluently read, write and speak English and French

  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Basic computer proficiency skills including the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, email and internet


Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
