OVERVIEW


As a Digital Marketing Specialist you'll create, edit, distribute and optimize relevant, contextual and personalized content across social media platforms to attract, engage and retain customers. You'll also be responsible for implementing email and marketing automation campaigns, uploading and maintaining content on the website, producing reports, and analyzing data.


JOB DUTIES



  1. Generate posts to social media networks on topics such as sales, promotions and items of interest to followers.

  2. Communicate via email campaigns with customers and prospects about current sales and promotions.

  3. Maintain and optimize website content utilizing the CMS, tagging and CSS.

  4. Create digital marketing promotions to align with Sun's digital marketing goals.

  5. Monitor and maintain company's social media accounts including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest and Google+.

  6. Create and maintain content calendars.

  7. Review and analyze various content including blogs, photos, videos, events, ratings and reviews.

  8. Partner with Call Center on social listening & response and reputation management as needed.

  9. Implement email, CRM and marketing automation campaigns to customers and prospects.

  10. Upload content to company websites including copy, photos, inventory and data.

  11. Research and gain in-depth knowledge of customer demographics.

  12. Generate and analyze reports on campaign performance; email results to appropriate team members.

  13. Measure progress towards analytics goals to ensure campaign effectiveness.

  14. Collaborate with IT team members to research and resolve production issues.

  15. Other duties and special projects as assigned.


REQUIREMENTS



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, OR equivalent work experience

  • Minimum of 2 years digital marketing experience

  • Minimum of 2 years experience managing company social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram

  • Prior Web Content Management System experience, preferred

  • Prior experience generating email campaigns, preferred

  • Working knowledge of web analytics, interactive design, social media trends, web development and design, HTML and CSS

  • Basic understanding of web production concepts, practices and procedures

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational and multitasking skills

  • Flexibility to quickly shift priorities based on business demands


Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
